Bioökonomieforum 2023

On 4 and 5 December, around 250 stakeholders from science, business, politics and administration accepted the invitation of the Federal Government’s Bioeconomy Council to the Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF) in Berlin. The aim of this year’s Bioeconomy Forum was to address the Council’s recommendations for action – in particular for the implementation of the National Bioeconomy Strategy – and to jointly discuss how a rapid transformation of the economy and society can be better supported. ricion was there and was able to impress with its contributions.

“In order to be truly sustainable, the processes need to be regenerative and restorative in the long term and humans must once again see themselves as part of nature” – Joachim Böttcher emphasised this impressively at the Bioeconomy Forum 2023 in Berlin.
