• The current valuation is based on the success of the implementation of the business model on the basis of the business plan approved by the Supervisory Board. Thanks to successful project acquisition and the realisation of strategic partnerships and scientific collaborations, it is already well above the previous year’s value. 
• A major capital increase is planned in 2024 via the distribution of new shares, whereby strategic partners or funds can acquire up to 25% of the AG shares on a one-off basis.
• Purchase of smaller blocks of shares possible at any time on request
